Waiting patiently for the Roadkill 10. Purpose built 235mm, no conversion. It will fit right in the collection.

It looks like it will be a competitive chassis.

Anyone else in Wisconsin have a Pro10 they would be interested in racing? I would love to see a class put together around here... I just picked up a RC10L2 NIP (from a super generous Canadian Pro10 racer) and already have a Bolink Eliminator 10 and my wifes RC10L. I also have enough spare 235mm bodies to be considered a lexan whore lol.

That would be great, my little brother lives in Madison so traveling the hour and a half south is no big deal for me.

The original Roadkill 10 was (and still is) a great car, too:

Are you kidding?

That new Roadkill is mine first unless you guys beat me to it! I'm all over Pro10...let's stop driving these sacks of potatoes and run real cars. What's the point of all this technology if you don't put it to good use?

"Pro10 outlawed due to being too fast"

Yeah, that what I want...

My sentiment exactly! Lets get something put together... I was planning on running LM1 this winter on Sundays(my only day off) in Madison anyway, and the trip would be that much better for Pro10.

I've ran my old Bolink @ Hobbytown Oshkosh during practice days with a weak 8.5T(4200kv). The car was easily controllable/nimble and hauled down the straight carrying the speed through the sweeper.

We need to get a set of rules together so people have some direction entering the class. I personally like the dutch rules of 10.5T boosted, 2S lipo, only 235mm chassis (*no 200mm chassis), non-nitro 235mm bodies, 1150 gram min weight, open esc, open tire. Our rollout would just have to be adjusted for the shorter course. Opinions?

Runtime 7 minutes and 200 or 235 cars are allowed

Who still makes 235 bodies in the US besides Mcallister?

Does the 235 nitro bodies fit onto the 235 pancar chassis?

Yes and Yes
Protoform makes the Peugeot 905HD body,Corally the Nissan P35, Mix the Nissan and Sauber.
If your running the 235 nitro bodies you will not like it when running the 10.5 boosted class as the motor hasn't got the power to handle those bodies(to much downforce).
10.5 boosted is best run with the above mentioned bodies.
If your running 200MM, then the Porsche 962 is a good choice.

Good to know on the 1150 min weight, I'll have to edit my post. We already have 200mm classes over here (USLMP and WGT), so it would be nice to see a dedicated 235mm Pro10 class in my opinion. I should have said the dutch rules but only 235mm lol. Thanks Roy

Roy is right on the too much downforce from nitro bodies and about the other bodies he listed. As far as available in the US, the Protofrom p905b is available all over for $23 or less and works great considering our smaller tracks. The other bodies Roy mentioned I have only been able to find overseas and they cost quite a bit to have shipped over here. Could probably contact Corally here in the US and see what they can do for us. Otherwise new in package out of production bodies pop up here and there but will cost you. Also stormerhobbies.com has the TOJ, but I have no idea how it handles and it doesn't have the look I like. I've never tried the 235mm McAllister bodies, but they make some heavy duty dirt oval late model bodies.
