wow, Tosolini TQ'd and placed second at the Novak race and I forget where in the A he placed at Cleveland so I don't think it would be a stretch to say that he has a chance to win or even place well with the CGM car.

I better get my order in and get a conversion Kit for my SSG. Will be cool when the CGM starts to get some outdoor rubber tire testing...but to get the car last week and be one of the fastest at this huge event...bodes well for the yokomo car!

Nexus: I think Brad is looking OK, like I said before it's tough to tell since the handouts aren't here yet. Atomic and Lopez were fast (I should know, I was moving out of the way for them!). Dunno about Kane, haven't seen him run. Sobottka was damn fast too, he was right on the 12 flats; I think Lopez turned in an 11.9 or two.

I can't stress the lack-of-handout thing enough, though!

Xray should be a shame of this. They'll only lose him now. Not only a flight, but also first class seat. If Xray wants to keep him, they better start forkin out.
Josh is from Michigan and we here in the great white north have to deal with a little things called snowstorms.

Gack needs to get over it.

Gack forgets the barney mobile that chauffers the team around because the old team was too cheap to buy coach.

I have added 29 pictures to the coverage pages, with what photos I took while wandering around during oval practice tonight.

Some of the shots turned out really crappy, I was admittedly in a hurry and not trying very hard. But there are some nice shots of the stuff that the Losi guys are testing, and some pictures from oval practice. Plus a few of the new Xray stuff. I know a lot of you have picture requests and I will try to handle them all as time allows.

Lots of guys are building CEFX 12 cars in the pits. The production models aren't here yet but they are very close to the final. Josh is putting together his CEFX oval cars right now. Trinity has their new Reflex 10SS cars up and running as well; Dieter himself is racing one. Custom Works is looking good with their new car, I didn't get any pictures of it yet since they were on the track when I was down there.

I am going to head to sleep, practice switches to on-road at noon tomorrow and continues until noon on Thursday. Also, handout motors will be distributed in the morning.
