Hey there guys. Just finished putting the kit together and noticed two things. 1) no matter how tight I tighten the front axle lock nuts I can't seem to stop the tire from sliding side to side. I have 2 spacers on the inside of the wheel and 2 on the outside and it still slides a little side to side. Do I need to order more spacers to put on the outside? 2) I have tried so hard to get the springs on the perches and I just can't seem to get them on perfect. Any suggestions?I think they are seated in the slot on the perch too. Do they make optional perches you can buy? Otherwise the kit is great and I think the front end is wonderful in how you can eliminate all the slop as it wears.

With Jaco front wheels, I put the three shims on the inside like the manaul calls for. The outer bearing sticks out past the thick part of the axle slightly. If I tighten the wheel nut up all the way, it locks up the bearings.

With the CRC tires I add more shims. I have 6 of the kit shims on the inside and none on the outside. It is nice with the axle being longer for fine tooning track width in the front. With the springs, I just rotate them around untill they are engaged on the perches and hang off straight. If you "over rotate" them they will try to thread on and sit crooked.
Help this helps,
