Hey guys does any one know how to fix an inbalenced 3 cell 4200 40c

If the voltage is higher or lower than the cutoff then the balance will not do its job. Measure each cells voltage on the balance lead.
I would suggest charging/discharging each cell independantly till they are +- the same voltage and then put it on a balancer.

Also not if you are not getting a proper voltage reading on a cell then you could have a broken wire on the balance lead.
Had this happen on a 5000mah 40c pack.
Thought it was ruined but opened it up and resoldered the lead and its all good now.
