The best Lipo??
Hello, what is the best Lipo battery now?? For TC

doesn't matter unless you can drive a clean race and actually tune the car to go fast. if the car is not right you are just wasting money.

I would say anything in the thunder power/SMC product lines....

sure you can use a 3200mah 20C against a 5000mah 40C in mod class and win...
+1 smc and TP would be the way to go these days. |
SMC

I need the batteries for Modified racing.
|
SMC!!!!
|
SMC 5200mah 50c
|
And what about Intellect 5000mah 40c? Is they EFRA approved?
|
SMC more power !
|
I ve been using IP 5000 30C and Tune Up RC 5000 30C in mod class...its has been good so far....though I think the IP has a little bit more rip and power down the straight....i'll try some SMCs soon...hope its really worth the steep price.

Im using ip 30c's and they are fine in mod. I tried a smc 5200 40c, and i went slower. It was way to much power, the car would just wheelspin out of every corner. I wouldnt even try the 50c:eek: Btw i was using a sp4.0. You MAY be able to use a 4.5 with 40c but it will be very hard to drive.
Ip lipos are great, id recommend them to anyone. And the price is much better than smc and TP Just my 2c Antoni |
Thunder power 5000 40c is the fastest I have tried followed by the Intellect 5000 40c even when compared to SMC
