Default Xceed tyres 1/12 carpet

Hi guys,

I have just bought an Xray XII to drive on carpet.

The carpet has high grip, so i was wondering what tyres to buy.

Rear xceed comes in soft, medium and hard.
Front xceed comes in medium and hard.

Any ideas what combination i should use please ?

Thanks all !

Greetz.

What are the prices of the Xceed tires over there in Belgium and where do you buy them if I may ask?

Greets, Joost.

YES THEY WILL! The Xceed tires will fit any modern 12th scale car with 3 bolt rear mount.

Does anybody has any idea how the exceed tires compare to others? I mean what compund could be soft, what medium and hard? I just received a few pairs of soft rears and medium fronts, the soft rubber seems to be a lot softer than the JACO pinks, which I use 95% of the time.

The soft rears perform closely to yellow. The mediums ar more compareble to pink and the hards to magenta.

Does anyone know the difference in rubber between the soft/carpet, or just soft?

soft/carpet, part # 101721
soft, part # 101729

Both rear, light wheels.

Hmm, that doesn't make much sense. The Jaco's go like this:
Pink: 30 shore high natural rubber content.
Yellow: 30 shore exotic rubber. Has noticeably less grip than pink, despite same shore rating.
Magenta: 32 shore natural rubber.
