It is a cool looking body for club racing but I find the Speed6 and LTC-R the bodies of choice. I save the R9-R for clubbies. You gotta love how you can stand on the throttle out of corners with one!

Default Here is the official answer. Seems we were both right.

Hello Jack;

The R9R was not really designed to replicate a real car. It primarily a "form follows function" type of deal with a few Audi and Jaguar XF styling cues thrown in. I'd rather be doing variations of "real" cars but we'd be out of business by now. The outright greed and irrational tactics of the modern day licensing firms and their agents (as well as the real car companies) insure that you'll never turn a profit. Sad state of affairs.
