could someone with this charger tell me what ware the charge settings for charging a Intellect 5000mah 40C Lipo

Just be sure the charger is set up in "lipo" mode and then charge at 5 amps.

Cheers, does my power supply need more then a 2.5 amp output

If that is all you power supply will put out, then you will only be able to charge at a that level. Shouldn't make any performance difference but will take a long time to charge.
