Cool thanks, looks like this will be my first non-Tamiya R/C and first Formula type car too. This superlight chassis is gonna fly with a BL setup and super high gearing.

car arrived today...
was ordered last Wed. very fast shipping.
can't wait to get home and start building it.
car comes with 98T 64p spur w/adapter ring.
Nice manual. very detailed assembly instructions.
Each page printed on nice glossy paper.
According to the specs..has a slightly longer wheelbase of 175mm compared the F104 at 170mm. but sits at 200mm wide and the F104 at 180mm.
Front suspension is fully adjustable.. caster, camber, and Toe.
We'll see how it handles on the track..
At $103 w/body & tires, it's a bargain...

Lookin very cool.
Be interesting to see how these run against the f104, Pretty keen on getting one if they run well.

Tech Regular

durability wise, it seems much more sturdy than my old F103 which kinda breaks easily (could be due to my poor and careless driving).... the F109 holds up well even after some fairly bad crashes at speeds after a full weekend of track time.... nothing is broken (yet),,,

in summary, very good kit for the price paid.... no regrets....
and yeah... gotta give credit to 3racing for the excellent packaging, quality of parts and top notch manual....
