Default 4500mah c cells?

i found some 4500mah NiMH c cells on e-bay for a CHEAP price.....would they work good in a stock powered car?.....the pics don't really show a name or brand on them but they sell 8 of them for $30............they also have 8 matched sets for 35...........also is there a way to figure out about the run time in a perfect world would be.......i tryed a few equations and for some reasons i kept coming up with a 3000mah pack with a 30a load would last for about .6 of and hour.....which i know is not right

they should be able to power the car, if that's what you mean... but they won't be legal and i very much doubt they'd fit in your car, since in rc we use sub-c sized cells, not c size

well i just measured an old 1700 cell i have and with solder on the ends and heatshrink wrapped around it it measured about 23x43 so there's the difference... also the c cells you are looking at might not be nicd or nimh, they could be something else

oh and by the way 3000mah at 30a will last for 6 minutes (0.1 hours)

3000mah(or 3ah) at 30A means 0.1hours

I have a feeling these are the "keg" cells.

Can you post a url to the auction so we can take a look at them?

The KEG cells are the Panasonic 3500's. Mad run-time, no voltage
