it eliminated some of the wheel hop like i told you earlier today... its a bling thing useful mabe nt cool as hell..... YES! lol it keeps the belt from jumping up and down as you know im sure....

heres how i see it and I may be wrong but when you rev that baby up(espically with the KO) that belt gets to jumping whats keeping it from jumping teeth on the pulleys? and every time it jumps up and down it stretches the belt out a small bit... mabe the belt tensioner will keep it from doing that...

Ive seen them for sale from time to time but have never seen anyone run one... I was wondering if they were really necesary. I have never had any issues with my belts flipping or turning, but then again i only run 21.5 and 13.5 so that may be why.

Thanks guys

If you don't have the issue, then don't bother, just another thing to add some drag to the drivetrain.

Usually, if belts are flipping, you don't have enough tension in the first place.

I haven't seen one in use since the T2 007, sounds like Chris is the exception.

Damien is right, it's only a matter of not enough tension in the belt. The problem arises when you're already at maximum tension adjustment on the bulkhead but the belt is still ok.

Ideally, you'd replace the belt with a new one (which is what I used to do before running it)
