I think that the Cali guys would agree that putting hand out motors in a series race is the way to test everyone's Tuning and Driving capabilities and thats where the challenge and skills come out.

As far as speed goes our little 540 canned ABC's are doing same times as 17.5's out here....some even passing the 17.5's

most of us,if not all have brushless motors but we choose not to put it in our cars.

Hehehe, I am just playin with yah. I may come on by California later this year, to visit some family. Where are you all racing? I have family in Los Angeles and San Diego - La Jolla area.

As far as the video, I think Mimi is working on getting it converted to mpeg format so we can show it on our site, http://www.rctrack.com. It has some great footage. You guys should like it.

As far as Brushed motors, we're avoiding them since they require too much TLC to maintain top performance.

Let us know HarryN when you will be in town (LA area that is) so I can show you our rack facilities here in socal, and meet some of our local cool mini drivers.. if you have time to race I will lend you one for our Brushed MJGTC motor and ECS, we'll take care of the TLC for you

I hear from a very reliable source that there may be a 1969 Camaro Z-28 and Mustang Cobra coming soon for the ABC chassis. WOW!!! some American muscle in the mix!!...stay tuned!!
