How is the tyre wear?
2,3,4 race meets on a set?
Insert selection tip?

Yes, i have seen the full size 240zg but i only run the mini and 12th in electric along with my MTX4r!
Almost ready to paint up the ABC Celica Mini body i got with the 240z and I'm thinking that with the coke bottle shape, the same style layout will look the goods on the sillycar too!!!

Here are a couple more pics with the body sitting a bit lower and the BRE rims fitted to give a more authentic look to the 240z!

I have an original set that I still use for for practice runs. I used this set for 4 races of the first MJGTC and a few other club races. Then switched to a new set. The tires are very good on prepped or non-prepped asphalt, as well as other flat surface, like concrete. For carpet, you will need some type of compound to stick, depending on the carpet. Just check your camber every now and then and rotate the tires after every race. They also offer an ADJUSTABLE SPACER SET (24170) for camber & caster adjustment.

oh.. track layout and dimansions and surface type will be identical and both tracks will be indoors. so thats in the works right now.
This sounds like a lot of fun. Cool concept. I won't miss this one.

i know, off topic, but i think this needs to be addressed really quick

thank you

As many of you know already, and the media has circulated, Typhoon Ondoy has submerge major parts of the Philippines. At this point, estimates from varying sources are 140 people have been killed, several thousand are still missing and hundreds of thousands have been displaced. News reports state that this is the worst rainfall the country has seen in 40 years. The Philippine Daily Inquirer reported that Ondoy's total rainfall was 410mm, while Hurricane Katrina's was 380mm in New Orleans. Lack of an early warning system, and the low-levels of governmental support and action, are all issues that Americans can relate too.

In efforts to help, I have organized a fundraiser - in conjunction with BJ's and the American Red Cross - to help raise money.

I will attach the flyer to this post as soon as i get it finalized. In addition, i will also have fliers with me at the Pacific BMW meet this Sunday in Glendale.

Each supporter who brings in a BJ's custom flyer will have 15% of the amount of
their meal check (pre-tax & no alcohol) donated directly to American Red Cross towards relief to flood victims in the Philippines.

Wednesday, October 7th
5pm to Midnight
11101 183rd St
Cerritos, CA 90703-5415
(562) 467-0850

For those of you who can't make it for one reason or another, but would still like to donate; you can do so by donating directly with the American Red Cross. Pls make sure that "Typhoon Ondoy" is selected in the "Project/Activity" drop down.

I thank you all in advance for your support!!

Electric is fun..I raced sedan and the ABC cars during the first series.

Taking a little break from electric right now..Trying to get ready for the 1/5th scale National Challenge and getting the 1/8th scale stuff ready for BT's KO race.

When are you going to come visit Cali?
