Default Futaba CDR-5000 Charger

Futaba's new killer charger is available on eBay. These won't even be out officially for a couple of months:

You can mail order them in Futaba Pro Shop and Rainbow Ten in Japan.

But this thing is very heavy. I know a guy use it. It has quite a cool display about the battery status.

It wasn't super heavy to me but it is heavier than my old turbo 30. Its pretty small too. Sometimes its nice to be different.

It got some nice coments in places like here

It was only officially released here in Japan 3 weeks ago..
It has been in use by some people for a while now i believe. I guess team drivers etc..

I have only had a chance to use it once at the track, but its a great charger..
Looks good, and performs good as well..

I don't think its that heavy.. heavier than my Pulsar though.

There is another thread about this somewhere too.
