Default Track editor

Hi ;

a few months ago I saw a nice little software that allowed to design tracks simply. There was tiles with corners and straight sections and you assembled the circuit like a puzzle.

After a 25 pages search I can't find this thread, could someone point me in the right direction ?

BTW am I the only person who thinks the "search " function does not work well on this site ? Every single time I look for something I can't find it, even with " advanced search"...
