You can add the SmartBoost module to any of our 2S/3S brush/brushless controllers, including the GTB-4 cell.

I run rubber 13.5 on carpet in my 009. I have GTB right now and i want one of the KO ESC's. I want either one of these motors or a DUO2 to go with the KO. After using both motors, which do you like better?

Thanks

Hi!!

Sorry to bash this Ballistic thread!! but i was just wondering what gear ratio i should start with on my Novak 10.5 SS motor for a tight indoor track? It didn't say anything about it in the manual and haven't driven Super stock before.

Ran the Ballistic for the 2nd weekend now. This time on a new layout at are track and 2 of the 3 rounds I ran the fastest lap and ran the fastest lap overall in 17.5 for the day. Motor runs very strong for me.

This from the Ballistic features:

Oversized front bearing [1/2 x 3/16 (12.7 x 4.8mm)] for increased load handling and bearing life

Tekin RS software V200. 30 Timing with 10 Turbo Boost. Track is 100x47 indoor high bite asphalt. Geared 20/75 at 5.14 in a Team Magic E4. Car was great and a combination of the car cornering well and with the gearing and motor all working together made for an excellent running car for me today.

To be honest as good as my car was I would still like to try the Novak Havok Pro exc wheen available because as nice as the Tekin is sometimes I would like to leave the laptop at home and just gear up and run. All these fance speedos are nice but something to be said about simple and just overall good working speedo. I don't always want to drag the laptop around.

Touring car, I assume. Try maybe a 6.9 FDR to start, it should be safe.
