Default Receiver Question

TECH EXPERTS,

i'm looking @ picking up a futaba 3pk. i was wondering what is the difference between the hrs & the pcm receivers? is one better than the other, and is it based on application? i'll be using it 50/50: 1/10 scale ep touring & 1/8 scale gp buggy.

thanks in advance

the HRS mean high respond speed...or something like that..basically its like..30%-40% input that regular PCM or FM receivers! PCM is a receiver with a build in failsafe. pretty useful if your running nitro

most of the people would not know the difference switching from FM or PCM! its more like a psychological thing...making you "KNOW" the difference!

PCM=Pulse Code Modulation ( sounds fancy eh'? Well it is, its so fancy not even I can explain it. ) FM=Freqency Modulation ( ya'll know what that is )

I am using two KO digital servos in my MTX3 with a sanwa 311 receiver.

Never had any problems with the operation of them in 12 months.
