With reverse enabled the brakes are much much stronger, also I can't be bothered to wait for marshalls to get off their arses and actually marshall my car !!

To be honest I would 'suggest' that this software should only really be used with XP, Vista and 7 to a degree throw up 'issues' XP just works.

I am not big on Vista as have gone from XP to 7 and never got into Vista, maybe we need some one to come up with a 'tutorial' for doing this trick in Vista. Maybe BJS may be willing? hint hint.
xp work perfect

Default My latest runs

Right..... Just to settle things I ran the new 318 and 324 profiles last night and wasn't overly impressed with them, may be more use for an outdoor (Large) track but not for our indoor track.

Went back to 231 and was much happier, now maybe this is because I have spent more time with 231 but it just seems to work.

Settings for last night:

1:2
2:3
3:5
4:9
5:3
6:4
7:2
8:1
9:4
10:1
12:7
13:1
14:2
15:3

Motor temp at 130 Degrees F
Novak 10.5 SS Pro with 13mm Rotor
FDR 7.44:1
Indoor carpet Rubber

Lots of punch in the infield, masses of top end on straight, could possibly do with dropping gearing back towards 8 but am struggling with the limitations of the Cyclone and 7.44 seems to be the lowest I can get the gearing without dropping back to 16 tooth pulleys, probably a job for next week !

hi, what is the recommend setting for running on 100ft x 60 ft track ?? so the 230/231 will be better for small track than 324??

231, sorry.

Also am not saying the 318/324 are no good just that with the short amount of time that was available was unable to fully explore them, was a bit worried about the amount of timing on 324 though.

As for the small track try those settings above should feel great.

I have installed a brand new Xerun 2.0 60A on my 1/5 KP09e motorycle, along with a Nosram 13.5T motor.
On first installation I plugged the ESC with a normal program card (from my HW120A) and set the basic 10 options. I set the timing to the max (26.25) and the punch to 5. No SC yet.
I ran the bike and when applying full throttle after a turn taken at mid speeds sometimes it would accelerate lazily and most of the times it accelerated like crazy.
The battery I used is a 3300/30C Turnigy that never had a problem so far in other vehicles or this bike with a brushed 27T Trinity Core/Mtroniks Viper ESC with Novak lipo smartstop.

I rechecked the ESC settings, they were exactly as I set them, I checked that the fan works all the time, the drivetrain of the bike is perfect, with no binding, there was no temp increase to the motor or ESC after each 2-3 minutes, the leds on the ESC work as intended... I even reset the initial settings of neutral/full throttle/brake...

Any ideas?!!

You don't say which software version you have, but when you set up your radio, set both throttle and brakes to 100%, once you have set them up THEN move both to 105%, also change the neutral range to 6% seems more accurate.

Hope it helps.

You could try the 231 but I don't know how you will cope with the turbo wind up also not too sure on how the motor will hold up under Supercharger loads will being 'fairy' unloaded.

I would stick with 110 and just wind up the timing to be honest I would think it would be more controllable for drifting.

Someone else got any counter observations to this post em cause I don't drift lol.

My LCD has SP 1.02 (DB ver. 1.70), the ESC has whatever came with it, out of the box. I bought the ESC alone, without motor.

if the 324 wasnt quite right, why do you prefer 231 over 230? im gonna give 231 a run this comming friday, and was wondering, seeing as i run 13.5 would 230 be a bit better?
