Ahhhhhhhh that's a shame, not enough of a lure to tempt me back to XeRun motors though

Real shame as well as i've been running EzRun motors on my off-road cars for over a year now and they've been 100% faultless.

To make matters worse when the XeRun motors failed they tend to take out the Esc's as well, plus the after sales service is non existent.
Several emails to the seller and Hobbywing and not 1 answer

The new version XERUN motors are a lot different to the old style ones seem more hardy, may be worth giving them a go again, they are inexpensive enough.

Please take a look at the balance voltage after a run with
a fully loaded battery and I mean 3 minutes or so.
After the run measure the battery balance and look how the
voltage is is this is 1 or two tenth difference it is OK if
it have more then the battery is no OK

Good luck from me

If HW is really doing good, how long before others stop laughing and giving weird looks whenever one shows up?

Seems like RCTECH is the only place its respected.

I have a Xerun 60A,V2.0 speedo, NIB. Is it possible to run this speedo in the new 17.5 Brushless Class with no boost no timing (on the speed control)? Can the speedo be run in a mode similar to the Tekin RS Products that shows a blinking red light when in the no boost, no timing mode? Any of the old soft ware setup this way or new software updates that could be loaded in it to create this format?
BTW, I also have the 2 in 1 led program box.

Questions?? My current profile lacks low down oomph

I set my speedo up, and found that it lacks low down and mid range punch. I have the 518 software on my xerun 120a and am running 13.5 my ration if 6.1 - 6.3. I am running it indoors, and need the profile for a 30 metre long straight. The top end seems reasonable, but i am being outgunned in low to mid.

can someone be kind enough to post their profile please?

i run a ratio of 7.5-8 for indoors on carpet with 13.5 and it has amazing get up and go with a massive top end. i ran it at chippenham winter indoor series and at ardent with a 30m straight and it was quick. not quite up with the tekins but with a few tweaks it would be.
