Do you have any experience with Niftech aluminum outdrives and dogbones?

XXX-SBill-I try use their flat drives on my offroad car and the small 1/16" pin broke within two battery packs. I have never used there outdrives.

Todd- great to meet you this weekend at the nats. Your car was sweet in 19t and mod. I met you while we looked at Hara's car. There were some fast losi's there this week. Bowser and Robinson were flying in stock and 19t!

What seems to be your general carpet beginning setup. I'm moving next week and should be able to get some practice at the local track sometime after the 1st of August. Just looking for a starting point. So far I have only the kit stuff (shock oil, springs, stock hubs, yellow belt, etc), plus front and rear anti roll bars.

If you want to see the pics of my car they are on page 385 of the XXX-S forum. Sorry for waiting so long to get them out.

For a carpet setup I'd start with Todds cleveland setup on the losi site. Maybe just go a little softer cause its a pretty high bite setup. I've run it with black/purple springs and it was strapped.

Jeff-Thanks...wish I was in the mod main....I broke a wheel pin in round 5 and that cost me....all I needed was a top 10 finish and I would of been in there. I will be posting the setup soon.

wcoyote-Just check out my Cleveland 2003 setup...that is what I run on carpet all the time.
