LOL I have both magazines in my Losi bag in the same box as my manual. I have used them both more than the manual for tunning. Thanks Todd

They have not run rubber at the Birds for awhile. You will find all of the old setups on www.teamlosi.com

t.hodge.

regarding droop

have team drivers experimented with drilling out the arms and installing droop screws? a friend of mine has been doing this and has had great results.

bestea-Don't know..never ran a 757. I like to keep it simple so I just run the same servo in all my cars.

Hodapp-Thanks man....glad to see you are back at it again...HODAPP was in TRUE FORM at Reedy! CYA at SW Cup.

HKLosi-I actually never raced rubber class at the Birds. Try my Novak race setup.....it is really good.

Nexus-Yes some have. Dumas has been doing this for awhile.

Hey Todd,
I have a few q's
1)Sorry but I'm a little confused
CVD's will give more rear traction than universals in a 2wd buggy on ashpalt right? That is what you said but I just want to double check...

2) What does straightening the front inner hingepins do on the XXXS.

3) Running 60mm rear foams I am having trouble getting my ride height above 3mm. I have downtravel to go, but the adjustment nut can't screw down any more? Outside bottom hole and third out on tower shock mounting locations. Have you ever had this problem?

4) And finally for a very low traction, cold asphalt surface, would an underdriven spool be better than a tight diff? You guys run them underdriven to get the off power steering back right?

Cheers mate, and best of luck at the Mod off roads, I'm counting on ya

James

Keyz-1)Yes and this is a assumption based on my experiences on high bite tracks.

2)I thought it gave less steering into the turn and more on exit.

3)Yes...just use the AE shock clips...I glued them on my plastic adjuster nutsso I could get more preload.

4)Acutally it was overdriven to get more steering. Which is 41t pulley in the front. I would think a tight diff may be better on a low traction track than a spool since the diff will give you more steering.

Mac-Cool....good to see you as well. I will get back to you after my vacation is over here in Ohio.
