I will use it just by itself. I have cleaned the tires with Buggy grip 2 however I think it hurts the tire.

Default Tire Tweak

And get that Tire Tweak (TT) on your rubber 30 minutes prior to racing on asphalt. Using tire warmers nicely "bakes" the TT into rubber tires.

Although the Trinity site says that this product is specifically for foam, I have not used it on my 1/12th scale foams yet. It is called "Foam Tire Tweak 2000" on their website.

Todd,

It seems to me that there is a lot of information in the tuning guide included with the manual that seems to be backwards. Have you noticed this. Compared to my experiences, it seems a little contradictory to everything I have learned.

I broke one arm, but it was avery hard impact. The new arms coming out are to add shock mounting positions.

This is the first I heard of this. We are working on adding the BK Bracket Shock mount to the arm. I will have our engineers look into the arms.

Hmmm....well I am sure it pertains to certain driving styles as well. Whenever MF and I are racing together we find it hard to share setups since he always thinks the opposite of what I think

Yes this is true on the foam tire part. However the only negative to using it on foams is that it makes the tire heavier.

Also like Bill said, I sauce my tires 40 minutes before my run. 20 minutes in I apply my Much More Tire Warmers set at 60 degrees and then wipe clean before the run.

I was bring this to your attention because the info seems to be incorrect. I think that people may be relying on this info to be correct and might have a hard time with setting their cars up. Anyone found this true, or am I the only one? Don't get me wrong, I appreciate it including tuning info, I wish all manuals would include tuning guides.

for example;

the manual says that if you move rear shocks in on the tower it will increase rear rotation. I have found that when I move the rear shocks in, it increases rear bite, which would decreas rear rotation, since the car is not breaking loose.

one more, it says that if you increase caster on rubbers, it increses turn in, and if you increase caster with foams, it increase mid to exit steering. I have always found the latter to be true no matter what tires I was running.
