Todd what is the word on the new spool pads you guys are using? Is ther a part # and what is the expected release?

Would they not be the same spool pads as the XXXS? I do believe the diff gears are the same on both cars. They appear the same to me at least.

Yeti35, the diff pulleys are the same between a XXX-S and JRX-S. XXX-S spool pad will work on a JRX-S, but Losi is coming out with a new, better design for building spools.

Extra diff pulley?.. something special??
I haven't read through the entire manual yet; but i was just sitting here dozing off into another one of my R/C day-dreams. Just wondering if there is anything special about the extra diff pulley that came in the JRXS kit.. I was browsing at the LHS at lunch today looking through XXXS parts and noticed there was a set of diff pulleys (3 pcs) very similar to what came with the JRXS, and one of the pulleys had the very same 'black marker' markings as the extra pulley in my kit..

Overdrive option??.. what is it??

The normal pulleys are 42 teeth. The "marked" pulley is a 41 tooth pulley. We on a lot of occasions run the 41 tooth pulley on the spool set-ups to help regain some of the lost steering from the spool. I have never run it in anything other than the spool so that is all I can speak for.

Not really cause you are gonna need a motor and the motor in that car is mine so you're up the creek on that one and not too mention batteries....LOL When are you coming down?

That is the 41T pulley. It is used for overdriving the car by putting it in the front of the car. By overdriving the car you will gain more steering everywhere. It is great in spool setups.

Oh man....please don't go run a Factory TC4. I would of raced 19T if I would of known that.......
