Right now I have Maxspeed designs on my equipment. However that will soon be changing to Vinyl Graphics Unlimited. Gary is going to start getting into the face plates, setup boards, ect. Right now he is working on a decal that would go over the Hudy board. The hudy board is great since it is light, cheap, and durable.

Hey Todd, I noticed the different degree pivots listed for the car, I assume these change the angle of the arms front and rear... is there an advantage to changing the arm angle over changing the toe in with the rear hub? Or is this actually for something different?

We have been using 60lb springs in the front and 25lb in the rear. So I would say get a set of 50lb springs and a set of 20lb springs. That should cover you for a while. For caster I have been running the kit caster of 4 degrees. Pistons, I use the kit pistons. For sway bars, I have been using a rear bar to tune the steering in my car. The thicker the bar results in more steering. So just get one sway bar kit. For oil I have been running kit oil in the rear and 50wt in the front. The car comes with 40wt. For hubs, this really depends on what you want out of your car. If you like a really agressive steering car the offset 0 degree hubs will be the ticket. If you like a limo(like me) then you will want to stick with the kit hubs(0 degree standard). Email me at [email protected] and I will be happy to send you the setups a few of us have been running on carpet with foam tires.

Todd,

Read what you said above.

Would you have a list of recommended parts to start with for the JRX-S for use in setting up the car for typical stock class racing on asphalt using rubber tires?

I already ordered f/r arms and a one-way. Have the different rear hubs. But, I'm not too sure about any other parts needed to change setups.

Major interests (for stock/asphalt) are:
Springs - Good selection?
Pistons - Good selection?
Pivot mounts - Do I need all the different configurations?
Sway bar -
Shock oil -
Front spindles and carriers - Good selection?
One-way - For what circumstances on asphalt?

Many thanks.

Bill
