Any interest in a MI3/3.5 Lipo Chassis?
Hi Schumacher drivers,
I've been developing a lipo chassis for a few cars since the spring of last year that included the MI3/ 3.5 but of course Schumacher released the MI4 only a few months after releasing the MI3.5 which was unexpected so my question is;
Would you still be interested in a Lipo chassis similar to this?

Pretty much the same price as the TC5X Lipo Chassis and similar features except that the MI3x Lipo Chassis has cut outs around the bulkheads to effectively shorten them (the effect is similar to the shortened MI4 bulkhead mounting). This creates a chassis that is much more suited for rubber tire/ asphalt racing due to the increased chassis flex.
Depending on the response I may proceed to production but might ask for pre-orders to be placed with a small deposit.
Let me know your thoughts please.
Thanks!
Mike

I think the 009 would benefit a lot with the additional flex in the rear end of the chassis, i have tried the fibreglass T2R chassis plate, but i think it just flexes too much from the motor forward. The slots in the rear end of the chassis would help remove the Xray tendancy to lose its ass on low grip tracks.

That would be a quantom leap, especially at a track like CastleHill
