Default Hobby Shops in Vegas

I'm heading for Vegas from Oz later in the week. Wondering if there are any good shops there, particularly carrying Tamiya parts. Have to have some reason to stay out of the casinos.

Vegas doesn't carry Tamiya parts, so sorry. As a tamiya touring car racer & total fanboy, I feel your pain...

As for RC hobby shops, we've got 3. There is a Hobby people in Henderson on Tropicana and Boulder Hwy. And there are both a Hobby People and a HobbytownUSA in the middle of Vegas on Sahara & Decatur.

We've actually got a parking lot race going on this Friday (the 10th) at the HobbytownUSA (Circuit City shopping center on SW corner). We have a couple people that race Tamiya (TA05, MSX-MRE, 416-WE & EVO-4), but there's actually a pretty diverse group of cars overall. People start setting up around 4:30pm, and it usually goes till midnight...

Hopefully we'll see you there... -Sean

Thanks Sean, not sure the wife will be too keen on me spending a night at the meeting but you never know. Thanks for the information.
