Default Any way to convert a T3 into a touring car?

I have a nice old T3 aluminum chassis that's just aching to be turned into something different. My question is.... Is there any way to turn it into a touring car or other on road car? What kind of arms, shocks, towers, bodies, wheels/tires are or might be available? Hope this isn't a stupid questoin.

I know I can get a real nice oval body to fit it but I'm thinking more along the lines of a Mustang or NASCAR body.

Yes it can be done, a local racer did this but I do not know what he did in the way of mods to accomplish it.
