i am not sure that the one you posted will work. if you look at an 8 cell AA. that is like 9.6 volt. so you should be supplying at least that to the cells to put a charge on it. as far as maps go, you can go as much as .5amp. but I woul d not go too much more. I think the one I have is a 12volt output.

Just got the helios with a 2500 mah battery pack that comes with the standard receiver plugs. Does anyone know the correct polarity of the 3 pins in the controller.

you should look back a page or 2, i posted the pin out for that. + is toward the back of the radio and - is in the middle. nothing toward the front

First race yesterday with my Helios/spektrum : great great great !
No glith at all, whereas a lots of drivers with "classic" radios had at 2 parts of the tracks!

I have another question: i can't find how to set the steering balance: it's 70%/70% and the enter button doesn't allow me to edit these values. I would like to be modify my EPAs...
BTW i know that if the front is purely setup i should not have to set a different EPA for left & right. Yesterday the difference was very subtle but it exists.

Just go to ST BALANCE menu, and after that turn the steering wheel to right direction until the mark * shows and then you can adjust your right EPA. Same with left EPA. If the mark * not appear, you must go to ADJUST VR menu to re-calibrate your Helios.

That looks made, can wait to get my adapter and extension. You wouldn't happen to be selling a spinning wheel for me to use.
