Default Helois problem

I have a problem with the radio i just bought, the problem is with the ST balance which is the the end point on my Futaba i think,
when i turn the steering wheel to the left the cursor go's to the left so i can adjust the left side, but when i turn the steering wheel to the right the cursor does not go to the right so i cannot adjust the right ST balance or end point side, i tried calling KO but no insult intended i can't understand what the guy's over there are saying, is there someone here that had this problem could help solve this.

first off make sure your on the right screen. the screen should like this

ST:BALANCE
LEFT 100%
RIGHT 100%

TO ADjust each one you have to turn the wheel to the right to adjust right, then turn the wheel left to adjust the left...you have to hold the wheel in the direction you want to adjust then us the + - keys to make the adjustment.

An easier way to adjust ST Balance is to just turn the steeringwheel in the direction you want to adjust and then flick the Steering trim in the direction accordingly to how you want to adjust the throw

Anyone tried using Li Poly batteries in their transmitter. I found some Thunder Power batteries that are 3 cell 4400mAh 11.1v and are skinny enough to fit in the transmitter. Just wondering if anyone out there has done this. Would really appreciate some feedback on this.

Gearhead3, i did that and the cursor went on the left but not on the right, Sparx that is what i had to do to get it where i want the end point, but i should not have to do that, the manual said to turn the steering wheel left or right and the cursor will go to the left or right, it went to the left but not the right so there is something wrong with it because it go's to the left and not the right, i just got this radio so i should not have this problem, thanks guy's.

There is a menu called adjust VR. This menu recalibrate your Helios steering and throttle end point. For better or more accurate operation of your transmitter, you must do this maybe at least once every 2-3 months.

Just be real carfull how you charge and store the LiPo Batteries. I have two customers that had them flame ball. One lost his garage, the other lost his hobby shead. Take all saftey precautions. it is worth it.

Aku, if the pots are not calibrated, when you turn the wheel to the left, the * doesnt come up, right? Well, once you readjust the pots, all will be back to normal.

How to do that:
1: Turn on
2: Scroll down to "ADJUST VR"
3: Press Enter
4: Scroll to "YES"
5: Press Enter
6: Turn the wheel left
7: Turn the wheel right
8: Press Enter
9: Pull Full Throttle
10: Full Brake
11: Press Enter
12: Press Enter again

All done, back to main menu. Now you have adjusted the pots in the radio, and are all recalibrated.
