I'll second that!

I just got mine and this thing is just what I've been looking for. It fits the radio with dropped and tilted wheel perfectly!

Now i hate my helios, i am having a problem with the LCD screen. I just tried to program a buzzer tone and after that, my lcd screen decided some lines weren't important. So now lines 3 and 4 on my radio have dots that will not show up. I tried adjusting contrast and changing the batteries, but it is clearly a problem with the lcd screen. And im not about to give up my new radio, as i need it for some racing this coming weekend. Im going to try to call ko again, as a good english speaking representitive was needed to be found. What do you think caused this problem with a brand new radio?

hey robert, please disregard my private message. You were the one who talked to my father about my Helios having the lcd screen problem. My only question is this, if I were to bring it to TQ hobbies and they were to refuse to replace my radio, what should i do? Thank you.

I have called TQ already and it will not be a problem. I will call Alice tomorrow to re-confirm that we will do the exchange. They know that you want to participate in their race this coming weekend.

In the normal mode you are not using the full speed of the Helios. In fact, you are using the slowest speed. You can try the high response mode in 3 Channels for an increase in speed. You can not use the high response in 2 Channels with an analog servo.

can i confirmed what u said there....
i can use the high response in 3 channels mode with my futaba analog servo S3003 and digital PDS2343

i though if i wanted to use analog servo...i have to use the normal speed with the orginal receiver....
if this is true...then no wonder i enter corner slower then i had ever felt when i got the helios the 1st time.

Check the previous page. There is a Li poly and KO makes a NICD pack.

I think it is Thunder RC or Thunder Racing that sells Li Poly's that are perfect for transmitters. 4000mAh and 11.1v packs. They make many others as well.

If you look at the chart that came with your manual you will see that the PS-2173 and PS-2174 will work in Super HSR mode (high response 3CH). These servos are analog. The Super HSR is the same speed as the Mars R and Vantage R.
