I'm looking at using ABS with my Xray XB8TQ and Serpent 960. Can anyone give me some starting settings to try?

Hi All,

Hopefully someone can help me with this question, I am running brushless and trying to tame down the initial throttle response as too punchy. Someone mentioned turning down the throttle Expotential, how is this done.

i definately think the helios feels nicer in the hands compared to the R1
if your using a starter box you could give minor bursts of throttle while starting it, or the alternative is if your pullstarting the car you could always set the throttle trim up just a little would only waist 2 secs of your life each time but the extra comfort of the helios should overcast that isssue agree?

Well I am going to give the Helios a try, I also got the wheel extension, but there was no instructions in the box. I was wondering if anybody could give me some pointers. I am sure that somebody has talked about this on this thread already but there is also 1900 posts. Any help would be greatful. Thanks Nate

KO Staff,

Any update on the 2.4 module? I would like a 2.4 system, but don't want to get a Spectrum and have yours come out a few months later.

Thanks

Robert Morris is no longer with KO PROPO. I want to take this time to wish him the best of luck with whatever he pursues as his new career. Thanks for everything Rob...you'll be missed.

Default Good-bye

Thanks Steve for the kind words and good luck to you as well.

I've been trying to get my screen name changed so that there is no confusion, but I guess I'll just have to wait.

Robert was one of the ones that really helped me enjoy and progress in our hobby. i am a firm believer in the Ko Propo line of products, but having him for technical and customer service support really makes them the premier electronics company for the RC industry. Proof is in the pudding with all the World Champions that run their products and bringing home title after title.

Robert, you'll be sorely missed. I just hope the level of commitment and service doesnt drop off, otherwise i might have to look into other products when it comes to escs, radios and servos.

The good news is you get to race more now!!!! Reedy Race dude!!!
