Default Module

1.) Does anybody know if the Helios EX-10 module (RF-MODULE RF-501F) will work in the older MARS-R.

2.) Also will the older MARS-R accept the HRS module out of the Helios EX-10.

3.) One last question is there away to add more tension to the drop down wheel mine feels kind off loose.

Thanks,
E

The Mars wheel extension is no longer available. I did see one on ebay last week going for $10.00. You might want to check there.

The Mars R is the exact same, just with a black case.

There is a tiny little hole below the holder for the wheel. Just use your 1.5mm allen key to reach in and turn to tighten it.

Hope it helps,

Default Wheel

Hey guys how do I remove the wheel on my Helios. I bought the rubber gripped kimbro wheel and would like to replace the stock foam wheel. I can remove the stock foam on just by sliding it over the lip of the wheel. But the Kimbro will not go over the outer lip of the wheel. Is there a screw in the center of the wheel so I can slide on the kimbo from the rear? And if there is a screw in the center of the wheel is there a trick on getting the plastic piece off with out breaking it?

Thanks for your time.

Regards,
Eric

Just pop a small flat head screw driver under the front cover disc and pop it off,it wont break

Hi guys,

At the race last night I had barely any right side steering. I tried to find the EPA's on the radio, but couldn't find it. Can someone point me in the right direction?

Go to Steering Balance. Turn the wheel all the way in the direction that you want to adjust. A star (*) should appear next to the adjustment. Holding it there, turn the dial or hit the + or - buttons to adjust.

Can anyone suggest a good mod to make the KO trigger smaller? I'm currently using foam with heat-shrink tubing around it. A friend of mine melted and re-formed his, but I'm not that brave .

I always wire tie a piece of fuel tubing to the brake side, that way my finger is sandwiched in between it and the trigger with no slop.
