Harsh... sounds like you need your helios serviced. its a short week. so the Ko staff might be gone on holiday.. or super busy trying to get repairs out so guys can race this weekend. turn around time shouldnt take too long. your in norcal..transit would be 1-2 days. worse case.. call up Robert at Ko Propo.. the number is on their site. www.kopropo.com

Yeah, I was talking to Josh Cyrul on Sunday and he showed me how big the low-profile servo will be. Impressive!

The labels for the servo have been discontinued, but if you purchase any of the other cases it will work. They are the same.

I just got back from Japan, sorry couldn't answer any questions. I think everything was covered. If not, let me know.

Low profile servo has been pushed back to Feb.

just have a question. im using a jr z3550 (analog) servo in my 1/12th. the speed is set at "H" and 2 channels (ultra high response). now the servo is shaking really bad so i turn the speed to "N" and thats seems to work. But, the manual says that i can still use the "H" as long as its 3 channel (super high response). i tried it and it seems to work. is this bad for the system since im only suppose to use 2 channels?

See page 19 of the EX-10 helios manual for the official answer.

You need a specific KO receiver and digital servos (and some Power FET servos for Super High Speed mode) for the high-speed modes.

Advanced High Speed Mode
- receiver: KR-302F
- servo: all types of digital servos

Super High Speed Mode
- receiver: KR-301F, KR-302F
- servo: digital servos & power FET servos (analog servos, but not all)

So, for your non-FET analog servo, you have to leave it in normal mode.
