I have both the Team Magic E4RS and the TA05MS. The TA05 is a bit old compared to the E4. The TA05MS has a super smooth drive train and suspension and setup is very similar to its better known cousin the 416. The car does have a habit of pulling one side (similar to torque steering) on lower turn motors.

The E4 is nearly bullet proof and can take alot of beating. The car does not feel like it has a smooth drive train when u spin the wheels. Once you nail the throttle, that impression disappears immediately. It pulls of the line like a bat out of hell and the central weight placement the car changes direction like a shark.

I am not sure if the parts for the E4 is readily available in singapore. The TA05MS is no longer in production but most of the parts are common and can be purchased from the tamiya distributor there.

Cheers

I have owned both the Xray and the Ta05ms. Both great cars, I sold the Xray though as I prefered the Ta05ms. I still run it, its near indestructable. with about a years racing I have only broken one upright and one C-hub.

As has been said the car's drivetrain is very smooth. I race on a tight circuit and the cars motor postition gives me a lot of speed into the corners.

spares are easily available as it uses lots of std tamiya parts and the car is still being produced (its especially popular in Japan).

The E4 looks great, I flirted with one of these as they look really innovative, but as I keep winning with my Ta05ms I dont see the need to buy anything else atm.
