beginner classes, mini coopers, VTA (vintage trans-am), 17.5, 13.5, possibly a 10.5, and modified. foam isnt too popular due to the work it it causes and the prices of it. go to your local track and see what they're running.

Depends on if you're running on asphalt or carpet.

Go rubber tire though, either way.

my under standing is its a asphalt track.and the reason im asking is b/c they dont know what they are wanting to run as in classes that's why i came here and asked. so i would have a idea and i can go back and let them know whats the most commonly ran class. i know they are going to do a touring car class. as for motor size they dont know yet. and i do know they are going to make it to where we can change the track up. there are a few ppl that trying to get drifting started down here but with a in do track we can one do it so many ways you know.

the track space is about 60ft by 150ft i think i know its bigger then most

That's a good size track. Just so you know a 17.5 motor is basically a stock motor equivalent. A 13.5 is a 19t equivalent or close to it. A 10.5 would be a mild modified motor. I'm sure you guys can figure it out.

i just got off the phone with the guy that is going to be running the track full time. and he said he is going to have 2 open classes witch mains you can run any body style and set up 2wd or awd but set a limit on the just the motor and batter. then he is going to do a class where you can run any battery ,body style and set up. but you motor is limited to so many rpms. he has let me in he is going to base the rpms off my evader for that one. then he is going to run stock and super stock, modified, and drift. as for body styles he still up in the air. its funny with me being a newb at on road i get help with test and turn on the track and all the tries i go throw i will not haft to pay for, witch is a good thing. but the hobby shop is going to have one of each car set up and ready to run. before we start testing and they are going to have them out on display with a pic for a rtr set up for each class.
