That's the problem with buying older cars that weren't real popular in the states, parts are hard to find. Good luck.

Don't sweat it !!! As long as you picked the car up for a good price...use it !!!! Contact Macky...maybe he can help with parts. When Tech contacts you, you may find out plenty of parts are still available. If you decide to keep the car , buy as many spare parts as possible. I do agree that it might have been better to buy something with better support. If you want to be different , try a Kawada Sigma or Alcyon. Not many around...great cars...and parts in the US are easy to get.www.kawadamodel.co.jp. Or better yet, buy a collectible Tamiya, run the chassis with another body on it and you'll have something you can run but still be worth something someday. Don't get discouraged !!! Race it till you can't race it any more !!!!

BTW...if you have an interest in a Kawada Alcyon...I have one I'd consider selling for cheap. But look at your options first. If you think it might be of interest, let me know. And if you want to try a Tamiya, I can talk your ear off all day long about those !!!

Try the Hong Kong distributer- Jet Hobbies. They still have a few new kits kicking around.

For this car you have to be careful about the drive shafts...which are quite soft. Also, the quality of the plastic A-arms are soft. The shocks are interesting with an upper spring and piston and brass sleeve...but really did not work great.

Did you get the GT or the Pro??

Default tech-racing parts

I would also try speedtech rc for parts for tech--racing ,i do believe that they going to be a dealer for them in the U.S even thou you have a older car they may be able to get parts for you. It's worth a shot !
