Exclamation Question

Ive just got an SXX TC and ive got a 4 turn Speedpassion N20 what do i set the timing on ? The manual says put it on lowest timinig possible ? The 'i ii iii' timing says in the middle for a mix of power n run time ? I dont wanna fry my new purchase you see. Or does the esc advance it ?

when you move the end plate with the clock than you turn it to the lowest timing on your motor.

If i had it on the highest or in the middle would it fry ?
