Rubber, Protoform Mazda Speed 6 or LTC-R.
Foam, Protoform R9-F or Parma Mohawk.

Protoform R9-F.
Had a friend that switched to it from a Mohawk and ended up winning the race we were at. Car just felt better. He ran it again at the Nats and won that too!

I have a mazda6 shell to spray up soon, probably a good all round shell indoors and out.

Just for reference though, sometimes a body shell with too much downforce can make the car too twitchy on an already high grip track so never be afraid to ask around and see what others are using
