I have ran those and ya they are more durable, they seemed to chew up my aluminum spool. I run the stockers on my new car w/ spool, work just fine. But I am also only running 17.5.Maybe the stockers might not hold up in something faster.

.
I haven't dropped the $$$$$ for the "lipo" weights yet.I will on my next parts splurge. In the mean time here is a little trick I learned from one of my local track Corally guys(aka FABMAN). It kicks the battery out about a 1/4" and the car balances sweet. I used the battery strap and dremeled the holes in it a little(make the holes slotted) to line up with hole in the chassis that I used. Then I have to use Battery tape for the battery of course.

true is does tend to chew out the spool abit....depends on how hard you hit things and how often unfortunately....its probably more cost effective in the long run though... those blades add up over time

Brad if I am incorrect, feel free to correct me.
i have both a 25g weight in the rear slot behind the battery aswell as the slot parallel with the motor just under the belt....

put it on both the hudy balancing points and scales under each wheel and i can tell you its pretty close.... also i use an lrp motor cooling kit and i made myself up a carbon motor guard.....which helped distribute the weight evenly

Questions??

Is running the 36/21 pulleys and 507mm/186mm belts the only option for using the 260mm rear bearing holders?

Hey guys check out the new editable Phi 09 set up sheet found on the Corally USA website. We have been working on this sheet for a couple of weeks. Hope this is what everyone was looking for.

Thanks - Brad
