The US kit also comes with the 2.9 mm Lipo specific chassis as well as a lowered shock tower. The EU kit has a 2.4 mm 6 cell chassis with standard towers.

Had some questions in regards to the Phi 09 that I didnt see answered in this thread:

1. For individuals that used the 416 short suspension package, what driveshafts are you using up front? It looks like people are using the Tamiya 48mm in the rear. I didnt see any info on the ones for the front. Also, are you using the Corally axles?

2. Where can I get the lipo optimized rubber chassis and weights? What are the part numbers for these parts alone? Is the chassis the only difference between the original Phi 09 and the Phi 09 "Lipo Optimized"?

3. How do you increase the front and rear track on the Phi 09?

4. How close is the motor to the centerline of the chassis compared to the Photon, 416 or T3?

Im sure I am forgetting some questions but can ask when I remember. Thanks!

Where can we get the lipo optimized chassis and weights from?

Also, how do you mount the rear wishbones on the front and the rear shocks on the rear of the rear wishbones? Any one have any pictures?

To mount the rear wishbones in the front you need to cut space for the c-hub in the rear wishbone. Other than that its plg and play I think.

To mount the shock behind the shocktower in the rear you need to drill holes in the wishbones as well as making som extension for the topend of the shock. Also, you should do the dobble rear shochtower fix as the singel one wil flex too much with the extension for the shock's.

Where you get parts in the states, I do not know. But I think http://www.corallyusa.com/ would be a good place to start

Since i got a sponsor by another brand that's it, the PHI 09 is great and surely a chassis I'd recommend.

New arms.

But how is the front roll bar suppose to be mounted? The steering knuckles will hit the roll bar mounting ball cup.
