hi new to site

is the above a tc or pan and is it easy to race been offered one cheap

that's a classic pan car.. i personally think that with the right motor battery combo it is easy to drive.. it is however a rear wheel drive car so it can be tricky to learn.. when you say cheap, i hope you mean like just a few bucks cause 10l's go for like 20-30 bucks..
