Don't know if this is a "fast" body but it sure looks cool mounted on my VM II. Made by Active. Not cheap as it comes with mirrors, exhaust and brake rotor hex hubs. I was real tempted to add LED lights into the headlight, driving light and brake light buckets. Body was made as "DS" (Drift Spec) by Active. Check with Alan at HKS Hobbies, I think he is working on something similar. Will be running the Mazda Cup race this Saturday so we will see how it works.

The Cup Racer is made to be variable in wheelbase and length. It fits about three sizes of shells. However I am fairly confident that one of the sizes is the same as the Atomic. I Believe Tamiya M chassis shells will also fit. Again Thats a car with a changing wheelbase.

The Atomic is a 210mm wheelbase chassis. The Tamiya M03 and M05 bodies will fit as they are also 210mm. Also the Active bodies will fit as they are 210mm. The M03-M / M04-M and M05-M Tamiya chassis and the HPI are 225mm so I do not think a cup racer body will fit.

We just ran a 4wd mini race yesterday and Atomic cars qualified 1-6 on the grid against the ABC and Cup racer chassis. I have raced mine twice now and the car gets faster every time I go out. Only thing I added to the base kit is a sway bar set.

Duarbility of the car is great. 2nd race out was on carpet and did not break anything. I could lie and say I never hit anything but, well, that would be a lie.

I ran the Spice tires at first then switched over to the Atomic tires and was 4/10ths faster with the Atomic tires with Atomic inserts.
