Default How high is overheated??

In trade/sale thread, sellers alway say their brushless motors never overheated (or thermaled), but how you guys define "overheated'? I know some people are too cautious so they never run the motors over 150 F, but I remember the max operating temp is 200 F. Of course high temp is not good for the motor, but if we run it too carefully, we will not be able to exert the max potential will we? How about 180 F?

Buying used motor is full of mistery..... you wouldn't know the truth.

Overheated motor means there is a chance of electronic circuits inside the motor probably is already half damage or will be short lived.

180F , according novak, is the maximum safe limit of motor before electronics get damage or become short lived.
