Default Hudy lathe question

Other than 10 USD what is the difference between the hudy advanced comm lathe and the hudy tech lathe? Which one of the two is better, or is one better than the other?

main diffrence is the tech uses Two O rings vs the Advanced's one. with Two o-rings there is "less" arm vibration.

i have hade my tech lathe for over a year i would recomend it to anyone
