Default Matsushima R/C aka Matsushima Mini-Z

Matsushimas is in the process of opening up to the larger scale on road
We are located in Upland ,Ca and currently plan to allow a 45'x25' indoor track
i am told that this is enough space to run as large as 10th scale electric
i need a little help in the way of the surface...
1) are there tires that will stick on smooth cement? (with or without traction compound)

2)if not, what coating will i need so that rubber tires can be used?

3) what is the minimum lane width for 10th scale?
thank you in advance for any help...

just put down the first coat of garage floor paint in the in field section.....
will finish the rest of the track tomorrow.....
drove my mini-z mod pancar on it an surprisingly it is hooked up....so much grip in the rear it makes my car push......
b4 the paint it would just do donuts.....
i am not a big fan of carpet track and this is an awesome alternative and cost is much less as well....i bought 5 gallons of this stuff and i have only used 1 gallon so far.....
if all goes as planned i would liks to open for a test and tune this weekend for all 10th, 12th, 18th, 24th,and 28th scale drivers in so cal to come outand give her a go

That track is looking good. Can't wait to try it out. Is there enough space for 1/10 F1 too?
