140 mph sounds quite optimistic to me... maybe on a 1mile straight line, but what would be the point...

nice job though

We don't have disks anymore but I can burn her a copy of the latest software and send it out. Send me an email at [email protected] with her mailing address, and title it CASTLE LINK DISK!!!

We have speed challenges here a couple times a year...why I did it. That and the fact that I'm a speed F.R.E.A.K. 140mph is optimistic...we can't keep the car down with the stock body...changing out to a custom wedge body which should be able to keep it down on the ground and give us all the speed. If we can't hit 140 with it, I can always go up to our faster motor on the same gearing and battery...puts top speed in the 170 region. 140 is not taking into account drag...neither is 170. Just having fun man...what it's all about!!!

Without all the electronics, what would you need? Motor mount, servo tray and pinion?

Very cool build and video! I would like to suggest you find a better place to run your 100 mph bullet than down your neighborhood street. Just a little common sense don't you think?

When you really have to test something. Common sense need not apply.

That and the fact that I'm in Kansas and my road is the FLATTEST road anywhere around (other than the racetrack in Topeka $$$) it's the best I can find.
