Default Reedy 3300 cells? WTH are they?

Howdy folks,

does anybody know what kind of 3300 these cells are, I mean which generation, since we already know they're GP's?

I just hate custom shrink wraps and companys trying not to let me know what they're selling...

Thanks!

I have a pack that are a bit older, so they are the first generation.

Newer cells will most likely be the latest generation - it makes no sense for GP to produce two kinds of cell off the same line.

Easiest way to tell will be the numbers - voltages around of below 1.15 will be 1st gen, voltages around 1.17 will be second gen (probably).

Those are yokomo GP3300 shrink wraps.. and obviously, reedy purchase the batteries from them. It's been in the market with the exact yokomo/gp3300 shrink wrap from the first time it cames out (reedy mathed). Every newer/later production batch always have imporvement on both votage and runtime... yes, without changing the shrink wrap nor giving it another/newer packaging like others do.

XCELL = GP3300
Xtreme = Sanyo3300

thats what they call/label them up until now..

Reedy = no jokes
... at least I'm never dissappointed with any Reedy products I use.

And yes, I'm sure there are a lot of good products also out there

As said before, the shrink will have stayed the same throughout.

Old stock will have worse voltage, newer stock will be better. You'll have to check the numbers on the labels.

Im not sure which cells they are, but I know the newer yokomo ones have a "type-r" sticker over the "zap-2"..

Reedy uses GP3300 cells. They have the blue yokomo shrink on them. They are the same cell as all the other ones(green/orange, rainbow, and now the black/white epic). There was a running change to make them fit the roar guildlines for length.
The cells do vary with different batches just like all the other cells have in the past!!!
