i have a 16x9 and it is pretty much the same charger, so heres what i got. for voltage threshold 15mv per cell

My 2400's I am charging at 5 amps, 18mv/cell peak.

I do not have any 2000's, but I have charged the one 1700 I have at 4 amps, 18mv/cell peak with no problems.
