Default Performance tweak for stock motors

Hi, I wonder if there's any tips or tweak techniques to increase the performance of stock motors (23 turns or 27 turns)? For stock class race, do you guys think a punchy battery pack is the most important? Thanks!

good batts are a must have .. go to FUKUYAMA they have what you need... !!!!!! high silver brushes .. aligned hoods and the right springs.....
