Default Looking for advice for a 4wd touring car

I am looking to get into the Trans Am racing and I was wondering what most people are running as far as cars, I am looking for a good consistent car, I don't mind if it is a kit either. I just need some advice from people with a little more knowledge of good touring cars. Thanks

From what I have read, and what I have seen, just about any car can be competitive in the class! I run a car that was at the top of its game in 1999, another guy who was fast was running a Losi XXX-s, another was running a TA05, and another a TC3 or 4... With the slower speeds, even older designs are still good enough to work if thought out and driven smoothly. I'd look for a nice TC3 as it seems to be a popular choice and parts are still plentiful.
